Wake up, sweet things.
Tee shirts you have to come closer to read.
Eight phrases, set small on midweight cotton ā four of them said to a person, four addressed to a way of living. Nothing here shouts. The whole idea is that somebody reads it, pauses, and wonders whether it was meant for them.
Printed to order in the United States, in bone, natural, black and navy. Every size is $36, XS through 3XL ā because a shirt that says you belong here shouldn't charge more for a bigger body.
Close Enough to Read
Said to a person. Set small and placed high on the chest, so they land at conversation distance rather than across a room.

A few things we decided early
-
One price, every size
$36 from XS to 3XL. The conventional move is to upcharge extended sizes to protect margin. We would rather protect the point.
-
Printed when you order it
Direct-to-garment, one shirt at a time, in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be marked down or thrown out.
-
Small on purpose
Two and a half to eight inches across. Legible at the distance of a conversation, invisible from across the street. The restraint is the design.
You really, truly are.
Most of these started as something somebody needed to hear on a hard day. A few come out of rooms where people practice telling each other the truth.
We print them because a sentence you can wear is a sentence you keep running into ā in the mirror, in a photograph, on somebody else across a room. If one of them is for you, you will know. That is the only test we have.
